If you have a problem and make a dispute, it's sure that you'll lose your time and your money.
There was a lot of complaints here but Aliexpress ban all with negative comments like my friend from Greece which paid about 300$ and never received the order.
As you'll see, this comment will not exist in a little time because Aliexpreess will ban me as it does to all with negative comments, even they could to communicate with all us and try to solve our problems.
The only way is to inform all forums in world to avoid buying from Aliexpress and Alibaba.

Shenzen Eternal Technology company ignoring my requests to replace faulty product. Aliexpress have not actioned my dispute for 4 days and wont reply to my emails.

Bad quality tablets, bad service, do not deal with Shenzen Eternal Technology.
