    Hi - sharing my experience is not rude or arrogant. How do I insinuate I know everything? if you want to be an aussie f***wit then fine with me. Now I am being rude. People who are rude to me get it back
    I have absolutely no desire to be a moderator - with the timeframe of responses from the staff i am just trying to be helpful.

    Is this the only way to contact for VIP members?
    I'm now a VIP gold member.
    It is written that there is a Personal manager for Gold and Platinum members.
    Personal means person with name and contact to whom I can write/call/email/any.
    Where is that???
    Looks like membership like a fake.
    What else do I need it? To solve my problems quick!
    Now I can't pay for my order. Tried to contact through website and email vip@aliexpress.com
    I suppose that VIP means quick solve of problem I might have.
    This service looks like hasn't this target at all.
    You should real work on this.
